Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
- Provide detailed knowledge about menu items, ingredients, and beverages including wine selections
- Deliver meals and beverages efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections including tables and service areas
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and Olive Garden’s sanitation standards
