Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude
Knowledge of food safety regulations

Job Qualifications

Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
Knowledge of culinary practices, including food safety standards and fine dining etiquette
Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers effectively
Familiarity with restaurant operations, including menu offerings and sales techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly, presenting menus and providing information about daily specials
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests
Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to ensure the health and safety of all patrons
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and assist with any additional tasks as required
