Job Requirements

- valid food handler's card
- ability to work full-time schedule including weekends
- dependable and punctual
- strong communication skills
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- ability to stand for long periods
- physical stamina required for food service duties
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous food service or hospitality experience a plus but not required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- valid food handler's card
- servsafe food safety manager certificate is a plus
Job Duties
- greet and seat residents and guests promptly and courteously
- take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
- serve meals and beverages in a timely manner ensuring quality and presentation standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas including tables and service stations
- address resident questions and special requests with professionalism and care
- assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for each service
- comply with food safety and sanitation guidelines including possessing a valid food handler's card
