Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or server position preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Basic math skills for processing orders and payments
  • Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests warmly and ensure a memorable dining experience
  • Introduce customers to Chuy's unique, made-from-scratch menu offerings
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Engage with guests to foster a fun and inviting atmosphere
  • Promote repeat visits by inviting customers back
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service issues efficiently
