- Meet local minimum age requirements for alcohol service
- Obtain local permits/licenses required for serving alcohol
- Reliable transportation to work
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop frequently

Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and personal safety guidelines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain a guest focus and a positive attitude
- Operate within Montana Grille's service system at all times
- Be ready and willing to assist guests, management, and fellow associates as instructed
- Assume 100 percent responsibility for guests' quality experience
- Project an outgoing and friendly personality at all times
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, equipment usage, and service standards
- Exhibit and communicate complete knowledge of all products and services
- Stock and maintain sufficient levels of products and supplies for efficient service
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation including dining room and guest areas
- Handle, store, label, date, and rotate all products properly and consistently
- Comply with all company guidelines regarding food safety and personal safety
- Complete required tasks within assigned time frames
- Assist in maintenance, cleanliness, and other duties as assigned
- Follow procedures for opening, closing, and ongoing cleanliness
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop frequently
