Job Requirements

  • Obtain local permits/licenses required for serving alcohol

Job Qualifications

  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Maintain a guest focus and a positive attitude
  • Operate within Montana Grille's service system at all times
  • Be ready and willing to assist guests, management, and fellow associates as instructed
  • Assume 100 percent responsibility for guests' quality experience
  • Project an outgoing and friendly personality at all times
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, equipment usage, and service standards
  • Exhibit and communicate complete knowledge of all products and services
  • Stock and maintain sufficient levels of products and supplies for efficient service
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation including dining room and guest areas
  • Handle, store, label, date, and rotate all products properly and consistently
  • Comply with all company guidelines regarding food safety and personal safety
  • Complete required tasks within assigned time frames
  • Assist in maintenance, cleanliness, and other duties as assigned
  • Follow procedures for opening, closing, and ongoing cleanliness
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop frequently
  • Capable of standing for long periods
