Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the casual restaurant industry preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements preferred
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment

- Set the pace of service with attentive and accurate order taking and delivery
- Address and resolve guest issues proactively to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures
