Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Commitment to making an impact
- Able to exert well-paced mobility for periods up to four hours
- Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to transport plates, glasses, and baskets multiple times per shift
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks during entire shift
- Ability to handle disinfectant cleaning supplies
- Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Make menu recommendations and upsell items to enhance guest experience
- Anticipate and attend to guests’ needs promptly and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages accurately and timely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Adhere to health and safety protocols including the use of protective gear and sanitization
