Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Commitment to providing outstanding guest service
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
  • Physical stamina to stand and move for long periods
  • Willingness to adhere to health and safety guidelines including wearing masks and hand hygiene
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or food service is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Basic math skills for handling payments

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
  • Make menu recommendations and answer guest questions
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs throughout their dining experience
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
  • Follow safety and hygiene protocols including use of protective equipment
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
