Job Requirements
- Ability and willingness to work extended hours as required
- ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks related to serving and cleaning

- Valid Honolulu Liquor Commission Card (Bartender's Card)
- valid ServSafe Certification

Job Duties
- Provide warm, friendly, and attentive food and beverage service to all guests
- maintain a professional appearance and positive, welcoming presence on the floor
- demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne, cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
- accurately take guest orders, enter them into the POS system, and communicate effectively with the kitchen
- ensure timely delivery of food and beverages and monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- close out checks accurately and follow all cash handling and credit card procedures
- set, reset, and maintain tables and dining areas according to company standards
- maintain detailed knowledge of menu items, including descriptions, plating, and garnish standards
- follow section assignments, table numbers, and seating arrangements
- complete opening, running, and closing side work as assigned
- maintain cleanliness of all front-of-house areas, including tables, floors, and service stations
- engage positively with guests and team members to support a collaborative work environment
- perform additional duties as assigned to support Food & Beverage operations
