Job Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Must be at least 18 years old
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems
Good communication skills
Friendly and outgoing personality
Physical stamina to meet the demands of the job

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Basic math skills for handling orders and payments
Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest service
Ability to follow instructions and company policies

Job Duties

Engage with customers and introduce them to Chuy's made-from-scratch flavors
Provide outstanding customer service by attending to guest needs promptly and courteously
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment
Take and deliver orders accurately while ensuring order completeness
Promote a fun and positive atmosphere among guests and team members
Encourage guests to return by delivering memorable dining experiences
Comply with all restaurant policies and health safety standards
