Job Requirements
- Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
- requires at least 6 months of closely related serving experience
- work experience in high volume or fast casual dining restaurant preferred
- ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs
- ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand to perform job functions
- ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents
- frequently immerses hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Take food and beverage orders
- enter orders quickly and in proper sequence
- serve food and beverages to guests
- coordinate with kitchen to ensure timely and quality service
- provide high-quality customer service at all times
- maintain table appearance by pre-bussing and clearing clutter
- present check for payment and provide change
- follow customer service, adult beverage, and cash handling policies
- keep station clean and set up or take down tables appropriately
