Job Requirements
- Be at least the minimum age required and authorized to work in the United States
- ability to safely bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds
- capable of standing for 8 to 12 hours per shift
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking
- willingness to follow established food safety practices
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- bilingual skills are a plus
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a smile when seated
- suggest beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- collect and deliver food orders promptly
- ensure customers receive attentive service, offer drink refills and clear unused items
- present and settle bills in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
