Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must have or be willing to obtain state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to perform physical tasks required by the job
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Must adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Ability to handle monetary transactions accurately
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling POS transactions
- Knowledge of safe food handling practices
- Current state-mandated beverage service certificate if applicable
Job Duties
- Work effectively as a team player in a fast-paced environment
- Practice safe food handling procedures and be aware of food allergens including where to find information
- Follow company policies and procedures consistently
- Maintain knowledge of new and existing programs to support company goals
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) system quickly and accurately
- Uphold proper cash handling procedures
- Obtain and maintain state-mandated beverage service certification where applicable
