Job Requirements

  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
  • Lift, carry, push, pull items that weigh up to 25lbs without assistance
  • Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Basic math skills for handling payments
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to following company policies and safety procedures

Job Duties

  • Greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and drinks
  • Set tables ensuring all supplies meet quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
  • Communicate any meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen
  • Explain menu items and specials and check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverage
  • Present physical and accurate check and process payment, adhering to all cash handling and credit policies/procedures including added and received gratuity
  • Ensure that any outstanding requests or problems from the previous/current day receive priority and are resolved
