Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests
  • Take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders using the point-of-sale system
  • Practice safe food handling and maintain awareness of food allergens
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Obtain and maintain state-mandated beverage service certification
