Job Requirements
- Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend reach stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capable of standing for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in a customer service or food service role advantageous
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- proficiency with point-of-sale systems is a plus
- strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
- ability to work in a team environment
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- suggest sales of drinks appetizers and desserts
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
- pick up and deliver food orders in a timely manner
- ensure customers are well attended offer drink refills and remove unused items
- deliver and settle the bill promptly thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
