- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing safe, friendly and attentive service
- Greet and seat guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Share knowledge of food, wine, and fresh ingredients to enhance guest experience
- Accurately take and input customer orders
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining area
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and correct order delivery
