Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in restaurant industry
- high school diploma or equivalent
- meets state minimum age (18) to serve alcohol
- valid form of identification
- ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- strong organizational skills
- excellent customer service skills
- flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to work in a team serving environment
- may require food handler's certification depending on local regulations
- knowledge to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measurement using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- ability to calculate figures such as discounts and tips
- ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
- ability to learn and utilize Toast POS and Restaurant365 systems
- basic knowledge of English preferred
- ability to read, understand and follow verbal and written directives
- demonstrate knowledge of government policies and regulations
- ability to answer questions and speak before groups
- ability to use common sense and creatively solve problems in fast paced environment

Job Duties
- Answer questions about the menu, sell restaurant’s food and drinks, and communicate orders with the kitchen
- stay guest focused and sustain an excellent guest experience
- possess strong food and beverage knowledge
- keep all working stations clean, organized and properly stocked
- perform daily and weekly cleaning duties
- handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to guest
- assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
