Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of prior restaurant or food and beverage experience
- Exposure to a private club environment is preferable
- Ability to present and pour a bottle of wine or champagne
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Ability to speak English conversationally
- Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays as scheduled
Job Qualifications

- Intermediate food and beverage knowledge
- Basic knowledge of all wine, beer, cocktail, and non-alcoholic beverage offerings
- Ability to present and pour a bottle of wine or champagne

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Ability to speak English conversationally
- TIPs certified
Job Duties
- Proper serving and clearing of food and beverages
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the menu and confidently answer questions regarding ingredients, preparation methods, and cooking techniques
- Set an a la carte and banquet table properly by positioning china, silver, and glassware
- Gather and set daily functions including placing tables, chairs, and settings according to specifications
- Completing close-out responsibilities by cleaning and re-stocking a la carte areas for next-day use
- Attend scheduled menu tastings and additional training classes such as wine and food and beverage training
- Fold napkins for dining room service and weekly functions
- Replenish condiments, salt and pepper, lemon wedges, coffee, and tea
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of other events happening in the clubhouse
- Communicate courteously and politely with members
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management
