Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Willingness to undergo background and drug screening as required by company policy

Job Duties
- Greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and drinks
- Set tables ensuring all supplies meet quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
- Communicate any meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen
- Explain menu items and specials and check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverage
- Present physical and accurate check and process payment, adhering to all cash handling and credit policies/procedures including added and received gratuity
- Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- Contribute to team goals
- Always follow company policies and safety procedures
