- texas alcoholic beverage commission (tabc) certification
- ability to provide all necessary documents for hire at the time of interview
- availability to undergo approximately one week of training
- prior experience in a serving position

Job Duties
- greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
- ensure guests receive their orders promptly and address any special requests or concerns
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
- process payments and handle transactions accurately
- assist team members during busy shifts to ensure smooth service flow
