Job Requirements

  • food handlers license
  • texas alcoholic beverage commission (tabc) certification
  • ability to provide all necessary documents for hire at the time of interview
  • availability to undergo approximately one week of training
  • prior experience in a serving position
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work effectively in a busy hospitality environment

Job Duties

  • greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
  • ensure guests receive their orders promptly and address any special requests or concerns
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
  • process payments and handle transactions accurately
  • assist team members during busy shifts to ensure smooth service flow
