Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptionally distinctive dining experience by guiding guests through menus and providing beverage and food recommendations
- Take accurate orders while providing friendly and attentive service that builds guest intent to return
- Maintain high standards of health and safety by practicing team member wellness and ensuring restaurants are clean, sanitized, and safe
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely and efficient service
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Ensure compliance with restaurant policies and procedures
