Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work a changing schedule preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or special requests
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order timing and delivery
  • Process payments and provide correct change or receipts
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
