Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
- Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Willingness to adhere to food safety standards

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service roles is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and welcome them upon seating
- Suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Collect and deliver food orders promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction by offering drink refills and removing unused items
- Present and settle the bill in a timely manner, thanking guests and inviting them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
