Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and authorization to work legally in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capability to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team while paying close attention to details and multitasking
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to operate POS systems accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
- Suggest sale of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Collect and deliver food orders in a timely manner
- Ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills, and remove unused items
- Present and settle the check promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety guidelines
