- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Must be at least 18 years old (where applicable)
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is advantageous

Job Duties
- Provide attentive and friendly service to guests
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Follow safe food handling procedures and remain aware of food allergens
- Uphold cash handling procedures as per company policy
- Maintain knowledge of menu items to effectively sell food and beverages
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service
- Obtain and maintain state-mandated beverage service certification where applicable
