Job Requirements

  • Have a valid food handler's license
  • Possess a current TABC certificate
  • Provide required employment documents at interview
  • Be available for approximately one week of training
  • Demonstrate dynamic, friendly, and dedicated personality
  • Be experienced in serving in a restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • Previous serving experience in a casual fine dining or upscale restaurant
  • Valid food handler's license
  • TABC certification
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-paced team environment
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage offerings
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Duties

  • Provide attentive and friendly service to all guests
  • Take and accurately enter food and beverage orders
  • Ensure knowledge of menu items and communicate effectively with kitchen staff
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of serving areas
  • Collaborate with front of house and kitchen teams to enhance guest experience
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
  • Assist with setting up and closing the restaurant
