Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hours per shift
- ability to work collaboratively in a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a customer service or food service role is beneficial
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- familiarity with POS systems is a plus
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
- suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- promptly pick up and deliver food orders
- ensure the customer is well attended to, offer drink refills and clear unused items
- deliver and settle bills timely, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
