Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older to serve alcohol
- Basic math skills
- Ability to handle and count money
- Physical stamina to stand or walk for entire shift (up to 8 hours)
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver trays up to 30 lbs
- Friendly, warm and caring attitude
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment

Job Duties
- Greet each guest and provide an excellent experience for every guest
- Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
- Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle and count money
- Expedite food, get beverages, and deliver these items to our guests
- Answer telephone within three rings and direct calls
- Help fellow team members when appropriate
- Work walking/standing for 100 percent (up to 8 hours) of shift
- Safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary (30 lbs.)
- Maintain cleanliness throughout dining room and bar area to company standards
