Job Requirements
- Previous experience working in a full service, high volume establishment
- Ability to be on feet and alert for extended periods
- Continuous use of hands, arms, bending, reaching and twisting
- Ability to carry 35 pounds as needed
- Ability to carry trays
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation required

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Familiarity with POS systems or ability to learn quickly

Job Duties
- Be friendly, happy, upbeat, outgoing and positive
- Be observant and responsive, alert to guests’ needs
- Exhibit excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Multitask effectively in a fast paced environment
- Learn to use both typical POS and handheld POS devices
- Work effectively within a team
- Attend training prior to floor service
- Participate in dining room setting including decor, condiments and service plates
- Assist guests with food and beverage selections by suggesting courses, explaining specialties and answering questions
- Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies to protect establishment and guests
