Job Duties
- Exemplifies hospitality standards and practices name magic
- answers guests questions and handles requests and complaints prioritizing guest satisfaction
- adheres to standards of personal cleanliness, professional appearance, and uniform
- cooperates with management and co-workers, assists others, communicates suggestions positively, contributes to sales meetings, exhibits punctuality and dependability, willing to work non-scheduled shifts
- performs designated set-up and sidework procedures, keeps stations stocked, practices clean as you go, operates and maintains equipment, assists in maintaining cleanliness and safety
- demonstrates product knowledge of food, liquor, and wine, adheres to preparation and presentation standards
- assists guests with appropriate item selection through suggestive selling
- follows standard service procedures including order taking, delivering products, serving beverages, checking back, clearing tables, and presenting checks
- anticipates guests needs, coordinates team efforts to maximize efficiency, avoids delays and overlaps
- maintains tables neat and orderly, refills drinks, removes extraneous serviceware, cleans spills, remains available for additional service
- records sales accurately, handles cash and credit card procedures correctly
- claims 100 percent of net total tips
- adheres to laws on alcoholic beverage service, knows emergency procedures
- attends pre-meal/pre-function meetings
- performs duties as directed by management
