Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hours per shift
- ability to work as a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
- basic computer skills, including familiarity with POS systems
- ability to work as part of a team and independently
- willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
- suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- take accurate food and beverage orders and correctly enter them into the POS system
- pick up and deliver food orders promptly
- ensure the customer is well taken care of, offer beverage refills and remove any unused items
- deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank guests and invite them to return
- follow all food safety rules
