Job Duties
- Greet and escort guests to their tables
- present menus and answer questions about menu items and specials
- take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
- check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
- clear and reset tables efficiently
- handle guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
