Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capability to stand for an 8-12 hour shift
  • ability to work collaboratively with attention to detail and multitasking

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in customer service or foodservice preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • familiarity with POS systems is a plus

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
  • suggest beverage, appetizer, and dessert sales
  • accurately take food and beverage orders and correctly enter them into the POS system
  • promptly collect and deliver food orders
  • ensure customer is well attended, offer beverage refills and clear away unused items
  • deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
