Job Duties
- Greet guests and interact with every guest to create a friendly upbeat work environment
- Familiarize guests with the menu and make appropriate suggestions when requested
- Take guests orders and input them correctly in the POS using the write, repeat and review rule
- Serve food and beverages using the Applebee's TEAM delivery system
- Pre bus table and sweep the surrounding area to keep it clean and comfortable
- Collect payment from customers in a timely manner using the QR code or POS
- Complete daily cleaning work tasks and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Anticipate guests' needs in order to facilitate an enjoyable dining experience
