Job Requirements
- Ability to greet guests promptly and professionally
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of accurately taking and delivering food and beverage orders
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

- Previous experience in fine dining or upscale service environment is desirable

Job Duties
- Greet guests immediately and guide them through menus while demonstrating genuine hospitality
- Provide friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and encourages their return
- Accurately record food orders ensuring each guest receives their meal to exact specifications
- Ensure all food and beverages are served promptly, garnished correctly, and meet Ruth's Chris standard of excellence
- Demonstrate a guest-first mindset by prioritizing the guest experience
- Effectively communicate with guests and team members
- Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills
