Job Duties
- Engage with customers and introduce them to Chuy's unique menu items
- Build rapport and provide exceptional customer service to ensure repeat visits
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations
- Take accurate customer orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen
- Handle payments and process transactions efficiently
- Promote a fun and positive atmosphere among staff and guests
- Follow the three core rules of doing everything for the customer, keeping the restaurant clean, and having fun
