Job Requirements

  • must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the united states
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hours during a shift
  • ability to work collaboratively with attention to detail and multitask effectively

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus
  • familiarity with POS systems is advantageous
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • teamwork and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

  • greet customers with a smile when seated
  • suggest beverages, appetizers, and desserts
  • accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
  • promptly pick up and deliver food orders
  • ensure customer satisfaction by offering drink refills and removing unused items
  • deliver and settle checks promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
