Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or dining environment is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Compliance with responsible alcohol service policies
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shift
- Must have a positive demeanor and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Willingness to attend training sessions outside normal hours
Job Qualifications

- Good grooming and hygiene habits

- Strong communication skills

- Completion of approximately 25-day training program
- Responsible alcohol service training
Job Duties
- Provide a memorable dining experience exceeding guest expectations
- Manage a station of 2 to 4 tables depending on skill level
- Refill and restock necessary items throughout the shift
- Follow the Angus Barn '40 steps of service' for all guests
- Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly according to guidelines
- Attend training classes outside of scheduled hours
- Perform duties in other departments on a rotating basis when needed
- Work weekends and participate in 'All Hands on Deck Days'
- Maintain good grooming and hygiene habits
