Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or dining environment is advantageous
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Compliance with responsible alcohol service policies
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shift
  • Must have a positive demeanor and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Willingness to attend training sessions outside normal hours

Job Duties

  • Provide a memorable dining experience exceeding guest expectations
  • Manage a station of 2 to 4 tables depending on skill level
  • Refill and restock necessary items throughout the shift
  • Follow the Angus Barn '40 steps of service' for all guests
  • Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly according to guidelines
  • Attend training classes outside of scheduled hours
  • Perform duties in other departments on a rotating basis when needed
  • Work weekends and participate in 'All Hands on Deck Days'
  • Maintain good grooming and hygiene habits
