Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of previous serving experience preferably in upscale dining or upscale restaurants
  • ability to provide personalized service and anticipate guest needs
  • strong knowledge of upscale food service standards
  • excellent communication teamwork and conflict resolution skills
  • strong attention to detail time management and multitasking abilities
  • professional demeanor with a commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • punctual reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • must be comfortable working evenings weekends and holidays
  • able to carry trays bending and lifting up to 25 pounds
  • willing to take on additional duties as assigned by management
  • available to work outside regular business hours including weekends early mornings and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly professionally and warmly
  • guide guests through the menu with strong product knowledge offering thoughtful recommendations and upselling when appropriate
  • accurately take orders input them into the POS system and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
  • monitor tables for guest satisfaction respond quickly to requests and resolve concerns with professionalism and urgency
  • collaborate with runners bussers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless and efficient service
  • maintain clean and organized sections side stations and service areas throughout the shift
  • assist with special dining experiences private events and large parties as needed
