Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds without assistance and over 50 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • Ability to read and visually verify small print
  • Commitment to follow safety and security policies and procedures
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company assets

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Ability to maintain a clean and professional personal appearance

Job Duties

  • Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
  • Set tables according to type of event and service standards
  • Answer questions on menu selections
  • Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, re-cook orders, and product availability
  • Communicate dietary needs, allergies, and special requests to the kitchen
  • Record transactions in MICROS system at time of order
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and beverages
