Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand walk and perform physical activities for extended periods
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments with potential exposure to dust fumes or gases
  • Capable of climbing ladders squatting kneeling reaching grasping twisting bending and folding or unfolding as required
  • Able to lift carry push and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
  • Effective communication skills including talking and hearing with sufficient visual acuity

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service
  • Current food handler and alcohol server certifications as required by state and city regulations
  • Completion of Invited’s food and beverage service training program
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively
  • Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members

Job Duties

  • Maintain high standards of service following the Invited food and beverage service training program
  • Provide food and beverage service to members and guests executing orders in a timely manner
  • Ensure complete knowledge of the à la carte menu including daily features and specials
  • Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome creating a home-like atmosphere
  • Assist fellow employees ensuring a seamless member and guest experience through teamwork and attention to detail
  • Handle member and guest complaints with service recovery techniques ensuring prompt resolution
  • Complete daily assignments and side work maintaining organized clean and well-stocked work areas
  • Follow club standards for cleanliness organization and safety
  • Support management by completing additional duties as assigned
