Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred but not required
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner
- present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
- serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards
- check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or special requests
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order timing and delivery
- process payments and provide correct change or receipts
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations
- follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment
