  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members

  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts

  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
  • take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
  • serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards
  • check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or special requests
  • collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order timing and delivery
  • process payments and provide correct change or receipts
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations
  • follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment
