Job Requirements
- Prior experience in hospitality, restaurants, or private club service strongly preferred
- A genuine passion for providing excellent service in a warm, family-friendly setting
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to engage with both adults and children
- Professional, polished appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask while maintaining composure in a busy environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- Provide attentive, welcoming service to members and their guests in dining areas, lounges, patios, and family spaces
- Build positive, ongoing relationships with members by learning their preferences, anticipating their needs, and providing consistent and thoughtful experiences
- Maintain a high standard of service while creating a comfortable and approachable atmosphere for both adults and children
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely and polished delivery
- Be knowledgeable about the menu, daily specials, and allergy-sensitive offerings
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth coordination and flow of service
- Maintain clean, well-organized service areas and uphold all sanitation and health standards
- Respect the privacy and preferences of members at all times
- Address any member concerns or requests with professionalism and care
- Assist with family events, holiday brunches, or themed dinners as needed, contributing to a fun and organized experience
