Job Requirements
- Minimum one year server experience
- Ability to lift and carry 30+ pounds repeatedly
- Must be able to stand and walk continuously for over 6 hours
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, grip and kneel frequently
- Available to work weekends, evenings and holidays
- Must provide proof of US work authorization
- Reliable, hardworking and professional demeanor
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year experience as a server in a busy full service restaurant or brewery
- Proficient with Toast or similar POS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 30+ pounds repeatedly
- Capable of standing for long periods and physical stamina
- Passion for food and beer
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions
- Operate POS system to process orders and payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
