Job Duties
- Provide attentive, courteous table service to members and guests
- take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver items promptly
- maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
- demonstrate knowledge of menus, specials, and allergens
- follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house team members
- set up, service, and break down banquet and event spaces
- serve plated meals, buffets, and passed appetizers efficiently
- assist with beverage service in accordance with event standards
- follow event timelines, service protocols, and supervisor direction
- maintain a polished, professional presence during events
- ensure cleanliness and organization before, during, and after events
