Job Requirements
- Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol
- Basic knowledge of food service
- Ability to work and focus in loud, high pressure and fast paced environments
- Ability to successfully work as part of a team as well as being independently motivated
- Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time (8-10 hours)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. at one time
- Maintains a pleasant and polite demeanor while interacting with members and staff
- Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs including climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, pushing
- Must be able to adapt to constant changes (menu changes, POS changes, and section changes)

Job Duties
- Be punctual and in neat, clean uniform
- Possess knowledge of all items on our food menus, bar menus and wine lists
- Set up/tear down for breakfast, lunch, dinner, club social functions and private parties
- Organize and pace meal courses for member dining
- Clean after all designated meals and parties
- Possess knowledge of principles, values, and processes for providing exceptional guest services
- Attend all pre-shift staff meetings
