Job Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to handle cash accurately
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Serve guests in a fast-paced environment with enthusiasm and professionalism

  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and follow cash handling procedures
  • Maintain knowledge of new and existing programs to support company goals
  • Uphold company policies and procedures consistently
