- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good communication skills

- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Serve guests in a fast-paced environment with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Practice safe food handling and maintain awareness of food allergens
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and follow cash handling procedures
- Maintain knowledge of new and existing programs to support company goals
- Uphold company policies and procedures consistently
- Ensure all beverage service complies with state-mandated certification requirements
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide exceptional guest experiences
