Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely
- capable of standing for shifts of 8 to 12 hours
- able to work effectively as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- pick up and deliver food orders in a timely manner
- ensure customer satisfaction by offering drink refills and removing unused items
- deliver and settle the customer bill promptly
- follow all food safety standards
