Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- ability to work well in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking capability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- team player with attention to detail and multitasking ability
- knowledge of POS systems is a plus
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- collect and timely deliver food orders
- ensure customers are well attended by offering drink refills and removing unused items
- deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
